Course Registration
This is a course registration template which will have a list of courses
and day, time, room of these courses. The template contains an empty
weekly time table. Each registered course is placed on the time table.
PSW version of the template further provides save feature, which will
allow students to fill the form online and save the registration
information by ID of the student.
